Always have a great experience when I come here. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ve gotten tire replacement/rotations and routine maintenance here and it’s always positive. Shout out Victor he was very helpful today!

I travel a lot. I have had my share of cars. This is the first time where my name was posted in the exterior welcoming me. The staff was first class. My time was well spent. I was in and out quicker than expected. I shall definitely return.

After fixing one tire, I left the store and drove back because the tires weren't inspected or brought to the correct pressure. I also asked for a tire quote and it was never prepared. 😤 #Tires #Pressure #Quote 6/20/2026 10:00AM Went for rear new tires asked to have the vehicle inspected Elec was the rep who consulted the issue. Pickup the vehicle after receiving your vehicle is ready for pickup and found that the front tire repairs where not done. I spoke to Elec to understand why the tires did not get completed, and he says " the crew in the did not do what whats asked". I have given multe oppurtunities to make things right.. This store just does not care for customers.

The place looks brand new, that’s what I said to Chris, the nice guy that helped me to have my tires replaced, then he told me that’s because they clean it very well, and that’s a good thing for me because the way they treat the place they work that well means that they will probably do the same to my vehicle. Everything was impeccable since the phone call to clear my doubts to the checkout with my vehicle with it’s brand new tires. Thanks Chris and the whole crew that helped me with my tires. God bless you guys and happy new year!

I ordered a new set of wheels at this location at a competitive price point. They stored them at their location for at least a month while my truck was being painted. When I was ready for the install, I was given a very good rate for a new set of Michelins. All hands were on deck for the install, which took approximately 15 minutes. Thanks all for a great experience DT of Kissimmee.
